the property is beautifully landscaped! the staff were friendly, always willing to help us with beach activities and ensuring we were comfortable. the fitness center impressed me too! lots of space and equipment to keep my routine going.

Breathtaking views and some quirks

The ocean views from our balcony were insane! We spent hours just soaking it all in. The pools were also super clean, great for family hangouts. The only thing that bugged me a bit was that room service took longer than expected a couple of times. Plus, the bar area had awesome vibes for a nightcap!

The property is absolutely stunning with a beautiful infinity-edge pool that's perfect for families. We loved spending our days at the kid-friendly pool, where the little ones enjoyed the slide. Each moment was a delightful experience, especially during our fun family beach activities.

My kids wished for more entertainment options throughout the day.

My stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Benner was good! The fine ocean view from my balcony offered nice sunsets, while the immense pool was perfect for relaxation. Dinner at Coconut Cove featured exquisite jerk chicken. Though the bed felt too soft for my liking, it didn't overshadow the overall experience.

Pools very clean with nice views. Food quality at on-site restaurants didn’t meet expectations. The kids' club had plenty of activities and engaging staff. Tried snorkeling right off the beach but had a few issues accessing the equipment.
